About us
We are two professionals backed by a solid team who have worked our lives in property through the pain and gain and offer a comprehensive property development service.
Between us we have worked on a wide reaching property developments from conceptualisation, feasibility and business cases, consenting, design and development of subdivisions, houses, commercial and industrial properties. Our recent passion has been in working with Māori entities in providing papakainga housing, social housing and workers accommodation. Our aim is to bring quality low cost accommodation to marginalised groups, particularly Māori whanau.
We both whakakpapa Māori - John to Arawa and Whakatōhea and Alan to Kahungnui, Raikaipaaka and Rongomaiwahine.
